Eurotech Seating Return Policy
We are confident that you will love your new Eurotech product. However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase up to 60 days after the ship date, no questions asked.
If you are dissatisfied in any way, please reach out to info@eurotechseating.com. We will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
If you still would like to return your purchase, the product must be in its original packaging, and will only be accepted with a valid return authorization number obtained by reaching out to the email or number above. We will then send a shipping label which you must attach to the original packaging for the chair. Please have the package ready for pick up at the original shipping location. Returns will not be accepted after 60 days of the original ship date.
To cancel an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we will issue a full refund immediately. If your order has shipped, your refund will be processed as soon as we receive notification that the chair has been received back by our warehouse.
